Registration forms for boys and girls divisions of little league, senior league and teeball can be downloaded from this page. You need Adobe Reader to be able to do this. You can install this program on your computer by clicking on the link below. Late registrations are not guaranteed placement on a team.

*Teeball--5-6-7 yr.olds Little League--10-12 yr. olds Senior League--13-15 yr. olds
League age is determined as of April 30th.
*7 yr.olds have the option of moving up to Minor League ball this year

Little League/Senior League Registration(Spanish)

As a condition of service to the league, all managers, coaches, Board of Directors members and any other persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide regular service to the league and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with players or teams, must complete and submit an official “Little League Volunteer Application” to the local league president. Annual background screenings must be completed prior to the applicant assuming his/her duties for the current season. Refusal to annually submit a fully completed “Little League Volunteer Application” must result in the immediate dismissal of the individual from the local league. Please fill out the application form completely and attach a photo ID copy.
